• Mercedes-Besz Presents 5TARDIUM 2020 is only allowed for those over 19 in Western age.
• Western age 19: Born before 31th, Dec, 2001
• You must bring your valid ID and please enter the smart gate or ticket booth with it.
• Only valid and acceptable physical IDs (listed below) that have your identifiable photo and birth date are permitted.
• Permitted: Identification card, Driver License, Passport.
• Not Permitted: Resident Resistration Copy, SNS Profile.

Smart Gate / Ticket Booth operating time: 13:00~21:00

• You can freely enter the festival during the operating time but re-entering is not allowed
• If you visit the festival after the gate / ticket booth operating time, you cannot receive your wristband and in this case, refund is not available.
• You must wear your wristband until the end of the festival.
• Your wristband will not be reissued for any reasons whatsoever, such as loss or damage. Without your wristband, you cannot enter the venue.
• If the band is feared to be damaged or is tight and uncomfortable, please come to the smart gate or ticket booth for reissue.
• Depending on the circumstances, you may need your ID. Please keep it with you.
• The organizer is not responsible for any unsavory issues occurred by transactions between individuals other than official booking sources.

• All ticket holders for Mercedes-Benz Presents 5TARDIUM 2020, are going to be provided individual QR cords to help quickly and conveniently enter the festival without visiting the ticket booth.
• Since 17 th of June, QR cord issue link will be sent to the mobile phone number entered during reservation and QR cord will be issued after pre-registration. For instructions on how to issue QR cords and enter the smart gate will be noted on the separate smart gate entry page.
• For foreigners who bought the tickets through Ticket X QR code will be issued on ‘My Page’ in the Ticket X website. Please also check the entrance guide for the smart entrance.
• Paper tickets are not going to be issued and no on-site pick-up tickets are available.

• Outside food: Any kinds of food and drinks including liquor and water.
• Drugs: Drugs and any other products related to drugs
• Dangerous Items: Explosives, fireworks, knives, cans, glass and any other items that can cause damage and harm to other audience.
• Flagpole and Political Flag: Artist flags, national flags and any other flags with flagpoles (can be brought in if without a flagpole except a political flag)
• Audio Equipment: whistles, speakers, loudspeakers, and etc.
• Professional Recording, Filming Equipment: High-resolution zoom lenses, Professional Recorder, and etc. (can bring in smart phone gimbal, action cam, and gopro)
• Aerial Filming Equipment: Remote-controlled filming equipment including drones.
• Camping Equipment: All the camping gears including tent, mat, and etc.
• Large Backpack: Backpack over the size of 30x30cm excluding fanny pack and plastic back
• Etc: Laser pointer, any items that can be considered to be harmful to the operation of the festival and threat to other audience’s safety.

• The whole venue of Mercedes-Benz Presents 5TARDIUM2020 is allowed to film and broadcast only for designated media. All copyrights occurred by filming and taking photos of all audience who enter the festival venue, will be reserved to the organizer of the festival, and all copyrights are allowed to be used by the organizer and official sponsors of the festival.
• Mercedes-Benz Presents 5TARDIUM2020 has a right to use the copyright occurred in the festival venue for a commercial purpose. Audience may appear on media such as TV, online and mobile networks. This notice has a legal effects and the organizer informs you that it is governed by law.

• In Mercedes-Benz Presents 5TARDIUM2020, speakers with loud noise and lots of special effects are being used. Pregnant and elderly, or those who are vulnerable to external stimuli that can cause health problems such as seizures and hypersensitive diseases, should refrain
  from visiting the festival. If you want to visit this festival even if you belong to one above, please consult your doctor and forward the medical report to the organizer in advance. The organizer is not responsible for caring any diseases and injury that has not been pre-delivered
• The organizer is not responsible for any physical damage, loss, and injury occurred by carelessness of audience themselves.
• AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) and first-aid personnel will be prepared at the venue. Please visit the emergency booth in case of emergency or inform the nearest staffs.

• Tickets are refundable according to different refund policies from each ticket sales website. Ticket holders can cancel the reservation by themselves.
• Tickets are not refundable on the date of the festival.
• On-site refund is not available.

• Any audience that takes actions that give inconvenience to other audience like sexual harassment will be forced to leave the festival without warning. No refunds will be allowed after leaving the venue for such violations.
• For on-site food, you can pre-book at Queensmile or purchase it via the on-site kiosk.
• In case of official bar and other liquors, you can purchase only with credit cards.
• Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
• A storage facility is going to be operated in the venue.

• Violations such as resale, forgery, and transfer are strictly prohibited. If you are not able to use your ticket, please refund it through the official ticket website. In addition, in case of the transactions between individuals such as used-sales website, not only sellers but also buyers may be subject to legal sanctions. Please make the purchase through the designated official website. The festival organizers and authorized ticket sellers are not responsible for any issues occurred from purchasing a ticket through an individual transaction, an illegal ticket reservation website, or any unauthorized party.
• Mercedes-Benz Presents 5TARDIUM2020 is a festival for not only smokers but also non-smokers. All smoking actions including electronic cigarette are allowed only in designated areas. Please refrain from smoking in other areas.
• If you have any physical problems, please inform the security guards or staffs. Be sure to get a detailed diagnose from an emergency booth at the venue.
• Please enjoy drinking as much as you can. If excessive drinking causes unsavory problems, you may be forced out of the venue and no refund will be available at this situation.

• The festival will procced as scheduled if there is only normal rain.
• Normal Progression: Under 50mm (5mm per hour) of precipitation
• If Over 50mm of precipitation, the festival schedule may be changed under the judgement of the festival organizers. Important announcement including weather issues will be announced at 8am and 11am.
• If there is a rain before main gate opens, raincoats will be provided to every audience. For those who do not receive it at the gate, it will be available at information booth and ticket booth.
• Using umbrella at the floor may interrupt other audience, so please wear the raincoat and fold your umbrella.

To prevent illegal transaction between individuals and misuse, re-entry is not available after entering the festival zone.

Since all of the floor in 5TARDIUM2020 are composed by standing area, watching seated can cause inconvenience to others. Therefore, if you try to sit on the floor continuously, you will be restricted by safety guards.

If your wristband is damaged or lost, you cannot enter the venue. Please be careful not to damage your wristband.
If your wristband is too tight for your wrist, please visit smart gate or ticket booth without cutting it and exchange it to a new one.

A bag check on dangerous items that can cause threat or damage to audience and festival
will take place at the gate. For joyful and safe festival, please refrain from bringing following
prohibited items.

If you bring these items and use them inside the venue, safety guards and staffs can
confiscate them and you can be forced to leave the festival if continuous use is detected. In
this case, refund will not be available.

Phones are allowed but use of professional cameras (DSLR level and above) is prohibited at the festival. Please be aware that taking pictures and videos of artists during their performance is related to copyright and right of likeness and may lead to a legal action.

We strictly forbid anyone from taking pictures or videos at restrooms, as well as certain body parts of another individual. If found, not only will your phones and cameras be confiscated but you could also potentially face criminal charges upon being forced out of the festival.

• Food

You can purchase food on-line through Queenssmile and also on-site kiosks. For the on-line purchase, you can choose food menu and receiving time. Visit and receive the food on time.

• Drinks

You can purchase only with credit card at on-site drink booth.

For the convenience of the audience, a number of additional portable toilets which has a washbasin inside will be installed during the festival.
